Mr. LEUNG Ying Wah, Lambert

Chief Executive Officer of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Materials. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying (UK) and the past chairman of the Institute of Quarrying, Hong Kong Branch.

Executive Director of Anderson Asia (Holdings) Limited, Green Island Cement (Holdings) Limited and Green Island International Limited, has been with the Cheung Kong Group since 1988. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Engineer. He is a Member of the Institute of Engineers (Australia) and a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying.

Executive Director of Green Island Cement (Holdings) Limited, joined us on January 1, 2005. Prior to joining us, he was Vice Chairman of 2 listed companies. He is Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Executive Director of the Company from 2000 to September 2003 and a Non-executive Director of the Company. He is the Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Construction Materials Association, the Convener of the Hong Kong Business Coalition on the Environment and a member of the Hong Kong Government's Council on Sustainable Development. Mr. Cook is a past Chairman of the East Asian Cement Forum, the Hong Kong Cement Association, the Hong Kong Government's Waste Reduction Committee and the Environment, Africa and Asia/Africa Committees. He was previously a member of the Hong Kong Government's Advisory Council on the Environment. Mr. Cook was very active in community affairs through his work with the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. CHAN Kai Hung, Alfred, General Manager of Group Sales & Marketing for Green Island Cement and Green Island Shipping International Inc. He is also the General Manager of China Cement and Concrete Operations who looks after the Company's cement business in Mainland China.

Mr. CHAU Kai Yin, Aaron, General Manager of Management Information Systems, is responsible for the overall function of information technology of the Group in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. CHOI Ka Keung, General Manager of Hong Kong Cement Division, is responsible for the overall operation of the cement and related product manufacturing facilities in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree.

Mr. LAM Chun Biu, General Manager of China Cement Division, is responsible for the overall operation of the cement and related product manufacturing facilities in Mainland China.

Mrs. MA LO Kam Wah, Virginia, General Manager of Group Human Resources and Administration, is responsible for Group's human resources, administration, security, fire service and safety of Group Companies in business of cement, concrete, asphalt, shipping and other resources trading.

Ms. NG Mei Yuk, Ophelia, General Manager of Group Finance, is responsible for the Group's treasury, finance, accounting and company secretarial functions.
