11/01/2023 -《RTHK陪我講．樂在工作間，第9集》 為了能令到員工注重身心健康，青洲英坭鼓勵員工做好自我健康管理，當中設立了無煙廠房，另設有駐廠醫生，讓員工免費求診。更將廠房部份室內空間改造成「健康大本營」，放置了健身器材及康樂消閒設施，讓員工可以恆常運動，保持健康體魄。
